RiskREport Troubleshooting Guide | Common Landlord Risk Report Issues
How to resolve search errors, missing data, and report generation problems
If you are experiencing issues inside RiskREport, most problems fall into 4 categories: Out of credits, search mismatches, data visibility limitations, or report export interruptions. This guide walks through common issues and how to resolve them quickly so your deal workflow is not delayed.
If you are out of credits, click the get more credits button, or add credits from your admin panel.
If a property search returns no results, first verify the ownership entity name. Many commercial properties are held in LLC structures that differ from the commonly known building name. Try searching by ownership entity, street address without suite numbers, or partial property name. In some cases, recently transferred assets may not yet reflect updated public loan records.
If financial indicators appear incomplete or unavailable, it may be due to data source timing. Public filings and loan performance updates are released on scheduled reporting cycles. If a property has no active CMBS exposure or publicly reported loan data, the risk dashboard may reflect limited inputs rather than an error.
When PDF exports fail to generate, confirm that pop-ups are enabled in your browser and that your session has not timed out. Logging out and back in typically resolves temporary export rendering issues. If using a corporate firewall, confirm that secure download permissions are enabled.
If the issue persists, navigate to Support within your dashboard and submit a ticket including the property address and a brief description of the issue. Providing a screenshot will accelerate resolution. Most technical issues are resolved within one business day.
