RiskReport billing

1. Subscription Plans

RiskReport operates on a subscription model designed for independent brokers, mid-sized firms, and enterprise teams.

Depending on your plan, you may have:

  • Monthly subscription

  • Annual subscription (discounted rate)

  • Per-report credits

  • Enterprise custom contract

Your active plan determines:

  • Number of reports included per month

  • Monitoring access

  • Export capabilities

  • User seat limits

  • API or bulk reporting access (if applicable)

You can view your current plan under:

Settings → Billing → Subscription

2. Monthly vs Annual Billing

Monthly Plans

  • Billed automatically every 30 days

  • Cancel anytime

  • No long-term commitment

  • Slightly higher per-report cost

Annual Plans

  • Billed once per year

  • Discounted pricing

  • Best for active brokerage teams

  • Predictable budgeting

Annual plans may auto-renew unless canceled prior to renewal date.

3. Report Usage & Overage Charges

If your plan includes a fixed number of reports per month:

  • Reports reset at the start of your billing cycle

  • Unused reports do not roll over (unless specified in your contract)

  • Additional reports may be billed at an overage rate

Overage charges, if applicable, appear on your next invoice.

Enterprise contracts may include pooled usage across team members.

4. User Seats & Firm Access

Billing may be structured as:

  • Per-user pricing

  • Firm-wide access

  • Tiered seat bundles

Firm administrators can:

  • Add or remove users

  • Reassign seats

  • Upgrade plan tiers

Changes to seat count may:

  • Trigger prorated billing adjustments

  • Take effect immediately or at next billing cycle

5. Invoices & Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit card

  • ACH (for qualified accounts)

  • Wire transfer (enterprise contracts)

Invoices are available under:

Settings → Billing → Invoices

Invoices include:

  • Plan type

  • Billing period

  • Report usage

  • Overage charges (if any)

  • Applicable taxes

You can download invoices in PDF format for accounting purposes.

6. Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Upgrading

  • Takes effect immediately

  • Prorated charge applied for remainder of billing cycle

  • Increased report access available instantly

Downgrading

  • Typically takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • Access levels adjust when new cycle begins

Enterprise contracts may have minimum term commitments.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

After cancellation:

  • Access continues through the end of your paid billing cycle

  • Monitoring alerts stop once the subscription expires

  • Reports remain accessible for a defined retention period (based on plan)

Enterprise agreements may require written notice.

8. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in your agreement:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after billing

  • Annual subscriptions may be subject to contract terms

  • Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days of invoice date

  • Jurisdiction requirements

  • Business registration status

Enterprise clients may provide tax exemption documentation if eligible.
